Aha, coming back to auction Sept 4th. Problem with it is I can't get a look inside. No viewings prior to auction. Was a workshop and has planning for that and is supposed to be accommodation upstairs.

I see the chimney is coming down and the roof is knackered so needs replacing. Could really do with getting into it before bidding.

Some guy from Monaco bought it for £17k. Looks like the builders went in told him it was a total wreck and now he's looking to flip for £20k.
