Re: cover up eh?

and this is a surprise to you?
No...it can't be! The reason these files were 'buried'....'lost'.....'warmed peoples hands' is because it would implicate some people who were (and maybe still are) very influential.

Most ordinary people in Rochdale knew of CS exploits with children yet the Lancashire Constabulary were told not to pursue any investigations(this comes from a retired detective...someone who I believe). If this was done for CS, how many other people in places of power, were allowed to get on with their vile pursuits unhindered?
My belief is....many!

For those of us who are aware of the Elmhouse guest list, know why.

So if you're aware of the "guests" why aren't you informing the Police or making an effort to bring the truth into the public domain?

The police have the guest book already and are (supposedly:rolleyes:) investigating. They have interrogated the (at that time ) owner, but he was released and as now moved to USA. His wife who was co owner, died in suspicious circumstances at around the time the guest house was 'in use'.
The guest list was photographed, and pics published on the web, by a whistleblower social worker.
It so happens that Cyril Smith was a 'guest' - maybe we will have to wait for the others to die before they are exposed for what they are.

He may not have done this deed himself, but asked senior civil servants to do this for him.
He is supposed to have asked them to investigate this dossier, but if you or I were in charge of people and asked them to do something, yet no results were forthcoming.......wouldn't we be chasing them up??

Now, it is in excess of thirty years since he was in possession of this information and Leon Britten is an old man and can 'honestly'(how I can apply that adjective to a politician is beyond me) say he has'forgotten'.....how very convenient.

If this dossier had come to light it would have shown many of those in political power, and the judiciary to be vile perverts.....that is the reason it was buried, lost or (as I suspect)destroyed.

There is no place in the world for anyone male or female, who sexually abuses children.

I agree Less......any kind of abuse is vile.
It is beyond my comprehension how anyone can perpetrate such acts.

well well well BBC News - Lord Brittan 'interviewed over historical rape allegation'

Margaret Pilkington 06-07-2014 09:18

Re: cover up eh?

That isn't much of a surprise either.....but it is a long way from being interviewed to being charged...and even further from being brought to justice.
What is the betting that no charges are brought? He was, after all the Home Secretary.

MargaretR 06-07-2014 09:54

Re: cover up eh?

I cannot help but think that this allegation is an inducement for him to 'plea bargain'.

Rape of an adult female, although horrendous in itself, is less horrific than rape of underage boys.

These 'allegations' are bound to be investigated because there is a tidal wave of Mps requesting an enquiry.

How thorough that will be is debatable.

PS looks like Exaro News led with the story

I believe it will be a whitewash.
Why? Because I think the police and the judiciary are in it up to their eyebrows.
However, that said, I do not think this is going to go away anytime soon.

Re: cover up eh?

as i was only in my early teens during the mid 80's all i remember about 80s politics is the miners strike and countless headlines in the papers that i delivered as a paperboy about tories having affairs , visiting sex dungeons and been found dead with oranges stuck in their mouths from pervy sex games and various other things related to hookers and rent boys

it turns out all of the various things through out the 80s were the least of their problems

now im not that clued up on how things work but wont most of these deviants be lords now ?

i think all these scumbags will have so much dirt on each other we will never get a propper investigation..

in teh interst of balance im aware labour and paddy pants down etc had afafirs it just seemed to be on an extra level when a tory decided to get funky

They(the politicians) do not like the thought that they might just be found out to be dirty little perverts and not fit to govern either in or out of government.
And it is all very well for a judge to sit there po faced and tell someone that they are a pervert.......yet knowing that he is about to roger the cabin boy.

Don't think so, he was caught out getting his pants down with some actress while getting it on in a Chelsea shirt! I believe toe sucking & spaking figured in there somewhere too & while admittedly it wouldn't do it for most folk at least it wasn't smally boys or little girls that fires filthy peadoes!

While he may not have been involved in paedophile activity, he is still an unsavoury character with low morals and unfit to be passing judgement on anyone.he isn't fit to pass wind, let alone tell us it is a witch hunt.

I'm with you Cashy......these MP's will worm and squirm and find some way to prevent the truth from coming out...I trust none of them...and I certainly do not trust those charged with investigating this sordid situation(probably many of them are up to vile tricks anyway). They will do what Nelson did.....put the telescope up to the blind eye, so that they see nothing.

Indeed no surprise whatsoever, had she put as much effort into ensuring these beasts had been prosecuted as she did in getting her revenge on the miners, there wouldn't be as many shocking revelations as there are today.

you know i bet theres probbably some MPs that are still scratching their heads as to why the people dont trust polititions .

saville had a lot of dirt on a lot of people and it wouldnt suprise me at all if one of the main reasons he was never caught is because he had fellow pedophile chums in government but i highly doubt any documents he may have had on polititions will ever see the light of day

it may be a stretch but dosnt it just show the state of our government where anything no matter how disgusting isnt really a shock anymore and i mean teh lot of them not just teh tories they are all crooks ,theives or liars

i also cant understand why all MP's didnt sign the demand for a full investigation. Both the police and government could run investigations and put what they find together and persue convictions

mind you as seen in the news of teh world scandal and teh expenses scandal the police can only gather what evidence the polititions see fit to give to the police

david cameron is a prime example where he refused to hand over emails between him and rebecka brooks to the enquirey and police and probbably helped her walk away scott free in doing so

our government is so corrupt and full of so many deviants i dont know how the hell they have the nerve to point fingers at anyone yet alone each other or have the audasity to preech to us what is right or wrong
