Sad news from ossy, police have retrieved a body from the canal near buttermere drive, drove past earlier police and fire brigade in attendance. Rest in peace and condolences to the familiy:confused

Saw the police etc just after leaving Church CC this evening.Wondered what had happened. Sad day for some family.

I passed at two fifteen and saw the same, I am sure there was barge with POLICE on the side.
Traffic was almost stopped so I got a quick glance.
I assume it was the same job, I don't know the name of the drive but it was opposite the car wash where Earl Transport's yard is.

It was opposite Buttermere Drive, the police tape has been removed this morning.
