Sorry to hear about your loss, I only knew the Lass through interaction on here & in that time I percieved her as fun, friendly & open. My sympathy to you & your family at this sad time.

her daughter susie has asked me to add the details of the funeral and wake

the funeral will be held at the accrington crematorium 15th of jan and friends and family can meet at the whittakers arms after the service

time of service is 1.40 pm

The funeral of my sister,Kate Birtles will take place at the Accrington crem. at 1.40 on Monday Jan. 15th.with afternoon tea at the Whitakers Arms opposite.Family flowers, but donations to "Accrington Theater Group" a registered charity where she performed in many of their shows.

Was a good gate this afternoon, and well deserved, service was lovely also.was unable to go to the Whitakers after, but Kate woulda gone R.I.P. to a top lass,
