You are all so right, women of that era would not have ventured out the house without making sure they were neat and tidy. No slopping about in PJ’s all day. This was done for their own self-esteem as much as anything, but I guess it was also that they wanted to create a good impression. I know because I was of that era and before. The era where men opened doors for women and (more importantly) the women thanked them…..just simple good manners.

The young people also took great care in how they presented themselves. No sloppy bellies and boobs hanging out, and no jeans with rips and holes in them (and I don’t care how much these cost they still look like rags).

The rules being introduced get more ridiculous every day.
Because there is absolutely no logic to them, they will not be followed.
The police cannot possibly enforce this rule...and the so called 'wardens' have no powers to do anything.
Someone should tell the scientists that Covid can't count.

These tests are a joke, and just appear to be another total hoax to maintain Project Fear.
They are then disregarding false positives and the fact the tests may well pick up any traces from colds, flu, or whatever someone may ever have had.

This is a quote from Public Health England (my emphasis):
