In case you can't read it the sign says:

TICKET MACHINE OUT
OF SERVICE

PLEASE DRIVE ON AND
TELL THE

ATTENDANT YOUR
ARRIVAL TIME

WHEN YOU EXIT THE
CAR PARK

Isn't it sweet how they are willing to trust people to give them an accurate time? :D
