Drop a Jean Size Diet

Like every-one else, I over-indulged at christmas but I must say that the advert currently running saying drop a jean size in two weeks really does work. All you have to do is eat two bowls of their delicious product & hey presto the weight drops off. I started the diet 4 days ago & already have reduced my waist enough to fit into a smaller pair of jeans, however I must admit that I am weakening which could cause me to come off the diet a little early because I don't think I can wait another 10 days before eating the second bowl!

I wonder how many people, unable to spot a marketing ploy, are trying this ridiculous idea. The evidence shows that indulging in crash diets has the long term effect of actually increasing body weight once the diet is abandoned. I am surprised that the Department of Health permit such foolishness.

The DOH are probably getting some kind of back hander from Kellogs, as it will surely be boosting their sales. (sorry I can't help being a cynical old sod......I am trying to get help to overcome my affliction)
