But isn’t there a chance that these robots (and I think that is perhaps the wrong thing to call them) will learn fir themselves and over-ride commands given by humans.

I am not saying that all AI will be damaging. But that I needs to be very carefully regulated and controlled.

There is current evidence that using AI can pick up cancer on mammograms that are not detected by humans reviewing them and recently great advances have been made in colorectal cancer surgery due to the use of robotic technology which means the surgery is more effective, but less invasive.

Well, I was a Beatles fan….and I think this track is rubbish. It is bland and has nothing to make me want to listen to it.

Have you heard/watched it with the film/video?

That's exactly what A.I. will do, learn faster than the humans that created it. Even without robots, A.I. online could turn off services people rely on. Like if you asked it " how do you save the planet?" A.I. answer could be eradicate people and commence turning everything off - that is when literally everything is online, like money in a cashless society. Which is why we need to keep coins and paper money and not rely on internet banking!

Yes Kestrel and it is a great cause for concern…there will still be the elite who will want to be in control, but it will be easy for them to lose control.

Back to the Beatles song….I have listened to it a few times now…maybe six or seven…and I have found that I don’t just dislike it…I hate it. It is a musical(maybe that is too kind a word for it) word salad.

Well I just thought the Beatles track with the film was a fitting final Beatles statement, getting them all back together... finally.

It was made to make some more money for a couple of already rich guys oh yes and the companies who have produced it.
