I draw your attention to the fact that Hyndburn isn't in the list of districts involved in the project. There is mention that Hyndburn and Pendle already have their own forums! :rolleyes:

The site mentioned in the blurb as being already completed is the Hyndburnlite site.

Very interesting, may be HBC were edging their bets when the whole thing was first started "BIG BROTHER" an all that.

But what is also very interesting is the link thats not there, check this quote
