We've just got another gold in the 800 m .. well done to them all no matter if they didnt get a medal .. i think theyve done a good job to get to the olympics never mind win a medal ..

I haven't watched it this year due to the lgbtqia+ agenda with drag queens in the opening ceremony. I believe everyone has a right to express themselves, but I'm fed up with it being pushed down my throat at every available opportunity.

I also don't agree with biological men being able to participate in womens sports, I don't care how they phase it, but the Algerian Boxing dude was clearly not a woman and the poor Italian girl who gave up after 46 seconds saying 'She'd never been hit so hard' should have stood her ground and refused to fight against him.

I agree with you entirely Ryewolf, a man is a man and a woman is a woman and in sport if that is not held to there are likely to be serious consequences certainly in contact sports.
I have, however, watched most of the Olympics after the opening ceremony which I thought was quite poor, but most of the games have been enjoyable and some very exciting with the sprint finish at the end of the triathlon by Yee, and the photo finish in the joint triathlon and the women,s rowing.
And yes Shillelagh I watched the 800m last night and what a perfect race Keeley Hodgkinson ran.

I have not watched it by choice. It has been on in our house because the man in my life wants to see it.
I find it totally boring. I would rather watch wood warp

I should say that I am not a fan of sport…any sport, but that said I should congratulate those who have won medals in the name of the country
