I can actually cook, I just hate doing it so it's as rare as rocking horse poo to actually get a meal out of me. A nice meal is fillet steak, grilled until nearly to your taste, put some mushrooms under the grill and they will cook in the meat juice. Put the mushrooms on the top of the steak with a chunk of stilton and grill until the stilton melts. Delicious...:D

Next time, chop some mushrooms and cube some ham (preferably home boiled and thick cut) put some tagliatelle on to boil, bung your ham and mushrooms into a wide pan, pour over cream (preferably double - and lots!), grate over a little nutmeg, add a pinch of celery salt, when all done, bung in together and stir well, add freshly grated Parmesan if you like it ...... food for the Gods, and quick and easy.

Now listen dont dismiss this till you have tried it......
1.Fry or grill 5 or6 good sausages . (preferably cumberland from the butchers on burnley road near sydney street. Slice and part boil some potatoes. When the sausages are nicely browned remove them from frying pan anput two sliced leeks into the remaining juices. Add 2 crushed garlic cloves. 1/4 pint of stock and 1/4 pint of apple juice or cider, and some sage about 1 tablespoon. Season with salt and pepper then add 2 tablespoons of cornflour mixed in 4 tablespoons of cold water. Cut the sausages into 1" pieces and add to the pan. cook untill the leeks soften. transfer to an ovenproof dish . Layer the potatoes over the mixture. grate some sharp cheese over the top and place in pre heated oven 190c fo about 30 minutes until cheese goes golden brown. BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUtiful
