The next 007....

Talking to Tealeaf in the Stag on Friday and he asked the question.....Who should be the next James Bond??? I reckon that Clive Owen would probably do a passable job, possibly even Ewan McGregor. Tealeaf shocked me by suggesting that maybe it 's time that we had a Jane (yes Jane!!!!) Bond. I almost fell off my chair at his political correctness and accused him of being drunk. What do you all think James or Jane and who should get to play the role??????:D

clive owen was brilliant in king arthur and i agree he d make a good james bond . The oo7 series def need something new none of the newer films are a touch on the old ones . I think they ve gone to far fetched

I was thinking that if we had a Jane Bond, we would have to have Bond Boys instead of Bond Girls.. Hmmmmm semi-naked gorgeous men would definitely make the Bond films worth watching..:D

I agree with you there Lettie its about time we had semi naked men on the box, as for Jane Bond not quite sure who I think should play her.

i think james marsters would be a great bond!!!! (thats the guy who plays spike out of buffy) even if its just so he gets his clothes off!!! now thats a film id watch over and over!!!! lmao!!!

I'm with clive owen for james and angelina jolie for jane. She was very good in the tomb raider films.

I believe the short list is - Clive (King Arthur) Owen, Julian (nip tuck) Mcmahon, Colin (DareDevil) Farrell and Dugray (Mission Impossible 2) Scott. I also think Clive is the best choice with Colin Farrell is doing Miami Vice and julian mcmahon staring in Fantastic Four plus he's a brit
