No Jordan!

Well the votes are in and thankfully the 'darling Katie Price' AKA Jordan won't be representing us in the Eurovision song contest. Our hopes lie with the Popstars The Rivals finalist Javine, and the song 'Touch My Fire' wasn't to bad let's hope for a little better result than last year :o .

Javine's great but the song was pants.

I thought she was. I didn’t watch it really; I was informed that I’d missed a bit of nip, but what the hell. Why do we let ourselves down so badly with this trash? That said I have got to say that Sandy Shaw didn’t look to bad for her age.

Now’t to do with this subject, but do any of you my age and over remember Sandra Dee. She did the Tammy films in the late 50 early 60s. She past away this week.

Sadly for Sandra Dee, she'll mainly be remembered as a line in a song in Grease.

Her and Pat Boon, epitomised clean cut youth until those dirty little rockers came a long.
Forty odd years later, we have Jordan. Full circle.

I saw the winning song, and had forgotten it three minutes later. It wont trouble the scorers in the final.

Winning songs in the Eurovision Song Contest need an impact. That song had as much impacxt as a wet lettuce.
