I am hoping for a good summer as well - there's nothing like sitting in the garden in front of the laptop, working!!!

I love spring. It's the best time of year.

It was lovely driving to work today in the wifes MX5(For Sale due to impending baby if anyones interested) with the roof down at 6 am. The sun was coming up amd was warming my face whilst the fresh air left me feeling ace. I'm looking forward to the drive home in an hour or so.

Looking forward to having a killer summer only trouble is the killer garden errghhh too much hardwork :( n not that i get a tan either just a loverly shade of red n then white well least accy colours then PMSL!

I hope you mean a road motorbike. Scramblers are the absolute bain of my summer (:eek: after wasps). I live at the side of a decent sized hill so in summer I take a lovely cup of coffee into my lovely peaceful garden, the birds are twittering, there's distant laughter from children enjoying the sun, just settle down for a nice read of a juicy novel and then it starts and oh no they can't just take one srambler and share oh no we have to have three or four of them at the same time, trebleing the noise!!! DAMN THINGS SHOULD BE BANNED!!

Right gripe over with I feel better for getting that off my chest :D

Yes I hope this is the sign of things to come to Slinky, lets get them B B Q's going and enjoy the sights your garden brings in summer ;)

:eek: Slinky you silly girl I nearly posted a rude word then telling you to go fourth and multiply PMSL! Remembered I couldn't and deleted it at the last minute! Just remember when your up at mine in summer and we can't hear each other speaking not to say to me "how do you put up with that?" because then I will swear at you, but I will have to do it very loudly then you can hear me over the noise of the scramblers!!

Tinkerbelle you forget I live near a main road!! cars up and down the side of my house all the time and yes when I sleep with the windows open I wake up in the morning with the scrabbling noise that comes from bullough park!!!! but you are still old..........:p

OK I might be old but I certainly won't be wrinkly from sun damage because I can't sit out in my garden enjoying the sun because of the noise :p !

Ar least you can shut your windows I'm going to have to hire a hit man to sort my problem out :D !

Weather is supposed to be good tomorrow but worsen over the weekend;no big shock there then as it's traditional for Bank Holiday Mondays to be horrible!It better not rain too much over the I.E.S!!!:mad:

aaww Bazf I would love to visit America. My sister-in-law visits Texas regularly and I keep asking when we can come with her, but she says I've got to marry her brother first, I ask myself is it worth it :eek: lol!
