It just goes to show that even an employer like BwD can get things wrong. Had they have followed the correct procedure "old man lacking" would still be employed.

Sounds like a tragically expensive case of "Sense of Humour Bypass" to me. Just think of the extra number of teachers who could be employed for the estimated £250,000 that this has cost. What a ridiculous and irresponsible waste! All because some snooty mare had her nose put out of joint.
