London Marathon
 

Would anyone like to sponsor my friend and colleage, Arron Bortoft, who is running the London Marathon this weekend in aid of the Neuroblastoma Society? He hopes to do the entire 26 miles, though whether we will see him on Monday is another matter.

Neuroblastoma is a particularly nasty form of cancer that attacks children.

Anything would be welcome - £1 is fine, anything you can afford. He would also like someone kind to donate several jars of Vaseline and a well-fitting jockstrap!

If you want to sponsor him, let me know, and I can collect when we all meet at the Stag - what a good excuse for going there!

maybe a good idea would be to open a paypal account so we can send money to it

it would save a lot of hassle collecting sponsor money

Sounds like a good idea that mate. If it is easy to give more people are likely to give it. Humans are naturally lazy animals.

if no one has any objections maybe this could be stuck at the top for a few days so that it can bee seen by everyone before it slips off the page
