Kamal Bourgass arrived here as an illegal immigrant in the back of a lorry.......he applied for asylum and was refused in August 2001 - he then appealed and the appeal was quashed in November of 2001.......he then went to ground.
As I said in my previous post, he was apprehended during an immigration check on the residents of a Crumpsall flat.......this is where he stabbed the policeman 8 times......he also stabbed other police on that occasion.
If we had firmer immigration control in this country then his children would not be without a father today.
