Well i'm not going to travel miles to make a phone call after 8 pm to find out where I'm going, if I cant get hold of you, such as my network playing up which has been know, it'll be a waste of time and money. I can't see me leaving by 6 , not by my past experiences.
Pay for the mini buses and food.

.... minibuses will cost you roughly £1 each .

food is being put on by the landlord/landlady ...all they ask is do a couple of football cards in.

this is the question i am thinking also?dont want to be supping monkey urine, need to know what different cask ales are on?:confused:the royal in harwood was good crack with good beer, but we have dark ale drinkers and bitter drinkers?not the stuff out of a co2 bottle?

I wont be able to go because it is our xmas do at work, as we work very hard over the xmas period and have about 50 temps in over xmas we have to wait until after xmas for the works do and it just happends to land on the same day, we didnt have a xmas do last year so i have to go this year but i hope you all have a great time and im sure my dad will take lots of pictures.

lol i bloody wouldnt. well perhaps i would, cos then I wouldn't have to get back after and you wlot would. It's only a hop skip n a jump.
Seriously though it's a long way to go if I were to end up sat in the pub on my own after traveling up, and I've done that with the ex when she threw her tantrums, but it's a short trip if i'm going up there cos I want to and get to enjoy being there. I never used to want to come back.

To be honest I think there is a special place that these magic pennies go. One of my lads swallowed one, never spotted it leaving (if you know what I mean, carboard potties and all that) but yet I asked them to x-ray again and it had definately gone. Or maybe my son's insides are that acidic he dissolved the flippin thing!!! ;)

I'm sure if it was blocking anything he would have had some symptoms by now!!

hi, thanks to all who turned up for the mystery tour ....not far to go was only in the BREWERS ARMS on thwaites rd ossy ...lovely evening ....once we managed to get the best seats ...just a bit of moving round he he ....but more people where arriving ....thanks to mad hatter (joe ) for making the round trip of 224 miles just to attend the meet ...much appreciated & nice meeting you hope to see you at some more ( by the way he thinks we are totally mad .....good )i would like to extend a big thank you to the land lord & landlady of the brewers for putting up with us ...... nite nite folks .

A gauntlet was thrown down last night - let's see if it's picked up.

I dropped two tickets for The Vagina Monologues off to the Stag this lunchtime for Less and Staggers. The deal being that if they come and hate it then at least they'll be slagging it off from an informed position. If they don't come then they can leave it alone in future!

So, do you think they'll come or pass the tickets on to two women?

Aye, had a good time as usual. Nice to see Madhatter making such an effort to turn up as well. Went home relatively sober, then opened wine/brandy........ needless to say today was hangover recovery day.
