Speed Dating in Accy?
 

Don't know if you have heard, but just seen a website on the internet www.speedierdates.co.uk.

They are setting up speed dating events in Accy and Blackburn...

I am up for it?? Should be a right laugh and a giggle.. and who know's I could meet the man of my dreams!!!

Ya it could be fun.

I think dating sites are ok but I don’t like the idea of having to pay a monthly subscription of around £12.00 - £24.00 when you can go out anytime and meet someone for free or maybe it’s just me… I’m a tight sod. :o

You should come along to one of our accyweb meets, ya just never know, besides we won’t charge you for coming either. :)

I don't mind paying a one off fee if there is wine and nibbles around!! Plus how often do you get men's attention for a whole 3 minutes... even in bed you are lucky to get 2!

I think that these events would be a laugh in a tacky kind of way. I would only attend one if there was free food and drink though (owt for nowt and I'm there with a bucket). :D

If you get three minutes to 'date' a member of the opposite sex when you are speed dating, does that mean bisexuals have to move twice as quick and only get a minute and a half???

This speed dating malarkey, is it where everyone throws their car keys on the table, then picks up a different set... :rolleyes:

It would be just my luck, I would end up picking the last set of keys on the table, only to find that they belonged to Lettie. :confused:

A mate of mine tried that speed dating. He ended up with 6 penalty points on his license and banned for 6 months.
