Last time we were in, they had Abbot (O.G. 5.2%) on draught; as you are aware, that is much too strong for you. You are most welcome, but if you come, you will have to drink lager fizz or lemonade, and not get out of order after a pint and a half.

I am not disputing the volume of ale, but the riot was a mis-understanding. I did pay for the broken window & the landlord was patched up and home from hospital the same day. :p

What I do take great exception to, and find gratuitously offensive, is the fact that you have the temerity to imply that I sully my palate with fizzy lager. Eughhh... Yukkk!

oooo eck it's going to end up a bit of a quiet do tonight, not 100% sure if will get there but if I do will be at royal about 8.30 and prob won't make journey back to boars head as not feeling the best :( of course that depends on how much the drink improves this chesty cold of course ;) :rolleyes:
