CHRISTMAS DO

OAK LEA TAVERN WHALLEY RD.ACCRINGTON

7-30PM TILL CLOSING (not sure of that yet )

THERE IS NO "THEME" THIS YEAR .BUT IM SURE WE WILL GRACE THE PUB IN OUR FINERY .

sorry as seen on the other thread ....no real ale ....ohhh well .we can still have fun im sure.

I'm with you on this one katex. Give me a WKD or Jack Daniels anyday.

Although not entirely sure if I can come yet. As I work in a pub its a bit too close to Xmas to be asking for the night off. I will try and get to a meet one day!!!

A great Christmas bash, and thanks to all concerned, especially, Mez, AccyJay and Mick.

It was great to see old friends and new, specially Cherokee and Cyfr, the latter of which is much too nice to be a conservative.

I feel great, probably because I daintly puked up in the loo's before retiring.

Merry Christmas to one and all.;)

what a good night,nice to put faces to some new arrivals, shame we had to leave early,but the boss was not at her best. and accyjay get some alcohol free beer in,no good having a car park is it.;)

I really wish i'd been there,unfortunatley i suffered from the curse of the afternoon drinker,and a short nap in the early evening turned into an eight hour marathon:( .Anyway,seems like i missed a good do:( :(

Aw it sounds like you all had a brilliant night, I wish I had known about it and I would have been there too. My own fault for not coming online. Cant believe Cyfr or Harwood Red didnt text me about it!!!! I went in the Tavern on Christmas Eve and must say I was impressed, will definately pop in there more often.
