Cultural Summer Fayre
 
Cultural Summer Fayre to be held at Addison Court, Addison Street, Accrington on Saturday 8th August from 12pm-4pm.

Attractions include a Raffle (with prizes donated by local businesses) and Face Painting.

There will be various stalls including tombola stall, plant stall, cake stall and a childrens stall.

There will be nail art and henna (book in advance to avoid dissappointment)

Plus local schools have taken part in an art competition to be judged by a representative from Howarth Art Gallery (between 1.30pm and 2.30pm)

There will also be refreshments available from various cultures.

A Fun Family Day Out Come And Join In The Fun

I love any Fete or Fayre with food and drink, Dorset which is close to me has a cracking Steam Fayre, well worth a visit if you can get someone who doesnt drink to drive you home, that real ale can be mind wobbling.

Do you mean a summer fair? If so, please use the correct spelling and avoid this pseudo-archaic babble. You are not advertising some quaint microwaved pub muck for dumb american tourists here but rather Accy's finest cultural offerings, so please get it right.

Just off Burnley Road the same street as St Johns church. It is at the end of the street.

Just to thank everybody who attended on Saturday. £320 was raised for the Residents Fund and the are competition was won by the pupils of St. Johns with St. Augustines school. The winners prizes will be handed out when the children return to school:)
