its getting really busy in there now, as they have started doing food too, i believe its very good , but they stop serving food at 9pm, not sure wot time it starts serving & what days though// thats kings st pub

One of my reasons for not going into Accrington any more is the bloody awful music these places play. I don`t want to hear Beyonce in every single pub, like she`s stalking me. Do they not dare play something different? I`m not alone on this, most of my friends are of the same opinion. DJ`s , I would`nt pay `em in brass farthings.

I'm 28 and haven't been down Accy for years...because it is pants. Full of knobheads and bits of kids thinking they've got something to prove, the pubs and 'clubs' are soulless pits and the music is ****e. I've always hated Accy centre and wild horses wouldn't get me down there again, and people rave about it and come from all over the region (Minibuses coming from Preston on a Sunday night!). I'm sorry but the place is the pits.

People used to come from miles around CJ, but no longer. I think everyone has finally seen sense. Sunday nights are now extremely quiet unless it's a Bank Holiday on the Monday. Haven't been out on a Sunday night for years, with the exception of Accy Web meetings, and we always have a good time. We pick places where you can sit and chat.. :)
