Hi there,
I'm coming home in August and would love to visit York and its castle.
Is it easy to get there by public transport and do you know if yhere are any excursions from Accy.?

get the train straight through to York from Accy, takes just over 2 hours, i walked from York to the castle the last time we went, please don't ask me for directions, i just usually ask when i get there
