Am amazed and delighted to tell you that our final count from our appeal is a whopping £590:D Add to that the donations from residents for the parcels which just makes me such a very happy person :) Thanks everyone who contributed, we are hoping to present Cherokee with a cheque plus the various donations next week:)

A really fantastic effort by all who were involved, from the backroom support staff to the ladies who gathered the donations, sold the tickets, cooked the food and cakes, cleared and washed the dishes and cleaned up after everyone had left - to the generous people who bought tickets and donated prizes - a fantastic effort all round, raising £590 to support our troops, boys and girls, serving overseas.
