So how is the website progressing? How successful has the "Click & Collect" promotion been?

According to this week's Observer the Click & Collect facility is a great success.
Unfortunately they printed some figures :
Operating for 6 months - 26 weeks
27 Traders participating
350 products sold through this facility
That averages out approximately at each trader selling 1 item every 2 weeks.

This seems to be a great success:rolleyes: otherwise everything spent on this facility (to encourage more people to shop in Accrington???????), would have been wasted.

Seems like deja vu once again.

The "great success" quote apparently came from one of the Councillors:eek:
Fully agree with the "Local Paper" - it is full of adverts for Manchester and surrounding areas - we only get it to check if we are in the Obituaries Page;)
Local stories/information seems to take second place:(

Was launched in September so it's not actually 6 months. I think the 350 products relates to number of products you can buy. Other than that I know nowt :)

Stop extracting the urine!! We have NO Local Paper.:D as for Council Members quoting such rubbish 97% of the Hyndburn Public don't know what there talking about, only these Well Respected councilors know.:rolleyes::D
