I have spent the past two years not understanding whether I owe H.B.C. money or not, they have sent me a rain forest of green paper saying yes I do, no I don't,however tomos should with any luck be the end of it.

I am supposed to turn up at the magistrates court to be slapped on the wrist for being a naughty boy.

Well tough I ain't going let them waste even more money dragging me to the cells,
I have never understood what they have sent to me and I'm sure if the magistrate reads the rubbish they have sent he/she won't either!

This is going to be my moment, for the first time in ages instead of trying to pay my way I have p*ssed it all against the wall.

So let them take me screaming to the cells, it's something I finally do not wish to avoid!

Good luck tomorrow Less, I might be chewing the wrong end of the stick here but don’t allow yourself to make their job easier. Stand your ground on matters you know to be factual and let them do the work of proving you owe them, if by whatever chance it proves to be true that you do owe them something make it clear that they failed to explain the full facts and allowed you to slip into whatever arrears that have occurred……All the best either way and I’m sure we’ll save your seat in the Stag.

Good idea magaret!!!! then he can stand there and everytime either the judge or HBC spokesperson talks to him he can just say "is it cos I is black"??...........

Less you will have to turn up and give your name in otherwise you will get fined for not turning up.

When you do, they will tell you you dont need to go into court if you agree to pay. Tell them to sod off and have your day in court. Good luck and all the best. John
