I would have thought that most intercepts occur via the Kremlins old guard and that most if not all telephone enabled traffic was monitored, so if Roy was beyond suspicion before it’s likely that he’s now been scrutinised courtesy of Accrington’s own spy busters……:rolleyes:

It won't have been Roy, he would have wired one of the tables in Moscows McDonaldski they wouldn't find anything suspicious about a wide Englishman coming in for his daily fix of ground cow meat!

Besides how do we know he's not some sort of double agent, he could at this very moment be selling the plans for Broadways developement or even arranging a stranger panoptican to infiltrate the coppice!
