Have you seen my Chav?

He was last seen wandering near the pound shops in Accrington. We don't know exactly how old he is because he always gave a different answer, but he looks about 40.

He has a distinctive snout, he may also have had blood on his hands and smelt of cats.

There is a very small reward for his safe return.
