Re: richard and roxy......
Richard is in Corrie and won soapstar superstar. He is 16 years old and Roxy is in Emmerdale and is 24 years old, seems she got herself a toy boy.

Re: richard and roxy......
16 and 24? Sorry but that doesn't sound healthy to me. If it was a 24 year old man with a 16 year old girl there would be a fuss about that but the other way round and celebrities and you appear to be saying that it's a good thing!
16 year old boys are not adult and mature enough to have that kind of relationship surely? I'm not knocking the age difference by the way, my husband is considerably younger than me, but we met and married when we were both grown up - well at least he was, I'm not sure I'm there yet! lol. |

oh wait...I'm 17 now aren't I.....yeah I agree he's no where near mature enough for Roxy! now me, on the other hand.......;):p:D In all seriousness Gayle, in matters of love are we not all age 16 at heart?:o |

I'm sure it would be a badge of honour for you to 'pull' a 24 year old woman but could you really envisage it lasting? Plus, what does she see in him? He can't even drink legally! Sorry, I just think it's wrong. Not the age difference, by the way, - my husband is a lot younger than me but we met when he was an adult. |
Re: richard and roxy......
hey if they like each other and theyre both happy why should an age difference come into it?
of course its not going to last but theyre both young, just having fun arent they! |
Re: richard and roxy......
and by the way it is different if an older woman chooses a younger bloke....hate to admit it but women tend to be a lot more mature so it is up to her how she sees Dickie. We all know a lot of us blokes (excluding myself of course ;) ) have very low standards :(

Re: richard and roxy......
If he was any younger she'd do time......

Re: richard and roxy......
just shows how fickle and absurd the law is...

Re: richard and roxy......
Money isn't everything. I hope I'm not coming over as prudish here because I don't think I am. I just genuinely can't see how a 24 year old woman can date a 16 year old boy and for it to work on any level.
Look at all the fuss there's been lately about the teacher - she was around about the age of 24, she'd just qualified, and she seduced a young pupil at school. There was outrage about it so why is there no outrage here? Is it because celebrities are allowed different rules to the rest of us? |
Re: richard and roxy......
it's because that was in a totally different situation...student/teacher relationship??
theirs is a totally different world where the 'rules' of normal life are as bent and twisted as Pete Burns' gob. theyre happy! let it be! |
