I represented the Royal Navy at rugby union whilst touring the far east on HMS Albion, having played in Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia. Thanks for the reply tc, it seems you had fantastic adventures during your years in the royal navy, no wonder you have such happy memories and it also gives me a good insight to how my dad felt about his royal navy days. It always makes me dead proud when people chat about their forces careers with with such fondness, i always think "my dad was part of that crowd" so thanks again tc:) |
