A strange thing happend
 

A strange thing happend today. I was making some mashed potatoes
when suddenly the picture of jambutty came into my head, I suddenly
began to smash the spuds with unusual vigour, I really laid into them,
bashin and smashin them spuds so much I almost broke the kitchen worktop.

Anyway after all that I have to say the mash was the best I've had in years!
smooth with no lumps at all.
And so I would like to thank jambutty for giving me the inspiration to make
the perfect mashed potatoes!
