its fast becoming the most bitter divorce in history - how much of the fortune will heather mills take of the 800m? shes bought in the heavies - the same lawyers who represented princess diana when she got divorced - and he's done the same...

or will it just be the three bottles of bleach she took?

Quarter of it I think and she deserves it, god knows how linda put up with the twit.

I reckon she'll go for half but come away with a quarter. It may well get bitter and will definitely be a very public divorce. The courts these days set quite a lot of store on the role of the wife, many of whom give up careers to raise children and keep house. Heather, although she has had a child, has not given up her career as such. I can't see her coming away with more than a quarter but I think she'll try.

This will end up down to who can present a good case in the judges eyes. She aint been with him long enough to get half let alone a quarter. £60 million clean break in total and then a visit from the CSA.

I can't vote, 'cause I have no idea how this will turn out .. think just a matter of who has got the best talking lawyer.

Wonder what the real truth is about what went wrong ? .. it did appear to come on rather suddenly. He did love her very much, and always defended any criticism of her. Sure he is not the easiest of guys to live with either. Do you think they will finish up swinging from the Chandeliers ? Don't think for a minute he will get custody of the little girl though .. feel she is probably a good mother.
