sometimes reading this thread makes me feel that some members are a mite peevish...........Jambutty, your threads ARE always interesting.....and I enjoy reading them....and also some of the responses that are provoked by your no-nonsense stance.......and every single one of us is entitled to an opinion - that is what diversity is about.

Differences of opinion are what makes a message board interesting.


Some people argue with others but then don't like others arguing with them. It's a two-way thing. It would be awfully boring if we all had the same opinion on everything.

It's when people take offence where none is intended and make mountains out of molehills that it gets out of hand.

I agree Willow - the thing is that some people are a bit flippant, but it's not an insult to the person who started the thread, it is simply that they are trying to inject a note of levity into the situation.
