Went for a meal with him afterwards, foolishly, I mentioned that if you set light to a poppadom it burns like a smelly candle. Fortunatly I was quick enough to discover that mango chutney would make a good ingredient for a fire extinguisher, (However the natural oils of the coconut in the other dish are highly flammable and should not be used in the same fashion as a sand bucket for dowsing flames!).

The curry was hot as well:D
