Tunnel Madness....
 

Whilst looking for an example of crazy undertaking on moscows roads I found this great video of Lefortovo tunnel, which is a recently completed tunnel in Moscow but could have done with a little better design...
Watch out for the bendy bus, it's excellent!

Just look through the video again, at about 58 seconds theres an accident with 2 vans, where did the 2nd van come from, i've looked at it a few times and can't work it out, it appears from no-where

Well here is a map to the tunnel http://www.roads.ru/ttk/lefortovo.htm - the actual tunnel itself is the blue and pink sections, there are various merges and I think that lorry must be coming in from one and ran out of room!

Well i've been watching that again and still can't work it out
1. If you look at it and watch the road, bottom right you don't see it coming in
2. When the collision happens the 2nd van is facing against the flow of traffic yet it doesn't appear in the clip coming towards you
3. It seems about 2 foot in the air on collision
