BAD timing putting this on at half term:( managed to watch the 1st one ok but have had to turn it over after seeing previews which was a bit much whilst their bedtime is 10.30pm:(

Just had to turn this off Mel .. did give it a go, but honest .. bad acting, bad directing, bad camera work, bad story line, lousy music score, can't agree re. the lead man, fat waist like .. goin' ta' get slated in the press .. ok. Tinks can kick me butt at next meet .. but well, so bad was :D :D :D :D :D

Well I watched it - it was very much on the so so side of ok. Can't imagine that I'll make a huge effort to watch it again but probably won't turn it off if I chance upon it.

Yes, he's gorgeous - have to admit that - but the other bloke was a right funny looker!

I did think there would be some reference to Doctor Who in there, thought they'd at least mention it or connect to it but it might as well be a completely new show as there is very little in it that refers to time travel or anything like that. Not sure what the point is other than giving John Barryman a job because the character didn't seem as fun or cheeky as he was when he appeared in Doctor Who.

Yeah it pretty much sums up my feelings on the programme too Gayle, I was disappointed we didn't see more of the cheeky side of Jack. Hope it gets better as time goes on but I'll be watching anyway just for a weekly fix of Barrowman :D
