42% on the first one. That painting of Hitlers with the tram in the foreground is lovely, I don't think I've seen that before :)

75% on the second one :)

Isn't that weird, Churchills I guessed both correctly because they actually looked amateur to me but Hitlers looked lovely ....... and your supposed to have a degree in it :p :D

Adolf's naive style appealed to your untrained eye.:D

Winnie had a much better understanding of colour, and was undoubtedly influenced by the Fauvist movement.

See. Five years of art education and I can talk such convincing bollox.:D

By the way, as well as being turned down by the art school in Vienna, he was also unsuccessful when he tried to get into Liverpool art school, my old alma mater.

He should have learned to talk more bollox in his interview, it worked for me.:D

No, I like his paintings. He did employ a naive style, but he could classically draw as well, and you can see that understanding in his work.

Ahh that's ok then I have a living room full of them ;) He's by far my favourite painter. If his style of painting is naive to it may well emplain why I like Hitlers paintings more then.

I only tried the first one and was so useless I couldn't see the point of the next one!

Art doesn't seem to be my thing!

Ditto junetta. My thoughts exactly.

Re: A bit of culture

I think I misunderstood the famous bit. :D I mean Hitler and Churchill were famous weren't they? Just not as artists!
