its just the patches can have an affect on your sleep the nurse told me just a thought

old thread, i know ... but....i'm having trouble sleeping

waking up 3/4 times during the night, actually getting up around 5am cos i cant settle, got achey shoulders and an achey back and neck through tossing and turning all night...other then the ideas already mentioned, anyone got anything else?
