Charlie at Corrie

Well suppose some 'get a life' person will enter a thread like this .. so better be me then.

Saw on the front cover of 'Inside Soaps' that Charlie is going to be bumped off with many suspects .. please script writers not the obvious one .. i.e. Tracy or David again .. let us all have a surprise.

Personally, would bump this guy off myself if he slaps his lips together once more, making a gooey sound, before delivering any of his lines of dialogue. :hitting8: :whack: :uzi: As you can tell find it most annoying.

I think Emily should do it.
Then her & Norris will go on a shotgun rampage through Manchester, taking Wayne Rooney hostage & going back to their lair in mosside where they will get the ransom from Sir Alex, start a drug racket & live happily ever after.

LOL .. well, that's imaginative anyway to say the least. Emily has been known to protesting up trees and, well, Norris .. loves to stir things up .. can't see Emily and Norris as a couple though  Has possibilities though as the outline of a plot

Re: Charlie at Corrie

It should be a bloke that does it, protesting at people like him who give us all a bad name

They should also take the scriptwriters down with him for carrying his part on too long. Even women as daft as that lot on the street aren't stupid enough to realise what he is like :D

Re: Charlie at Corrie

Cilla does it, after he refuses her amorous advances. She's eBayed all Less's Quo records to buy her new t*ts, and she takes it as a gross insult that he doesn't want to bounce on them.

After the killing she fries the stiff builder on her sunbed, and then feeds him to Schmeichel as the dog's Christmas dinner.

Sorry to spoil it for you.:D

Re: Charlie at Corrie

So, that's the end of that !! Tracy guilty and carted off to klink.

Although, rather disappointed at the verdict .. . 'cause was so pleased when they bumped off Charlie. Revenge hath no fury, etc., didn't you just love it ladies. :D

For whatever reason she has left Corrie, good luck to Kate Ford, an accomplished actress .. (which I can't credit 50% of the Corrie performers with) Sure we will be seeing more of her in different type roles .. I look forward to it.

Yeh, .. tee hee ... stage licence I reckon Margaret, and maybe Kate Ford's contract ran out today, so they had to hurry it up. Couln't have stood any more milking of this storyline anyway.

Guess they'll switch to Leanne and her profession .. that is wide open to many sidelines.. wonder what they have got planned for her ? :D

Was working and missed it....

I'll bet that when they bring Tracy back in a few years (after her sentence), it will be, yet again, a different actress. I've lost count of how many Tracy's they've had.:D

Re: Charlie at Corrie

I had to wait until this evening to watch it but it was worth it. Tracey is an excellent actress and I look forward to seeing her in new roles.

The next story line must be about Ken and Dreery becoming bankrupt as all the money went on the trial, no more house...............I trust they take the pic of Albert with them............Ken will have it wrapped in a towel under his arm, sobbing as he goes and remembering all his wives..........I'll shut up now!

I agree, it's been going on to long.:(

My money is on Rosemary King, played by Linda Thorson, who incidentally I've just realised was Tara King in The Avengers.

Strange, that being the best photograph that came up when I Googled Linda Thorsen.

Here is a photograph of Ms. Thorson.

Hmmph .. you always find better pics than me ! Clue is, she never wore her hair longer than that picture.

At least we got a mention on Corrie last night, Liam stated 'Janice from Accrington' .. well tis the truth, but the way that actor (use the term loosely) said it .. with the 'c' sticking in the back of his throat in a glottal stop way.. almost sounded offensive .. :(

Although Liam should really have said Janice from Ossy.

See thread about Ms. Entwistle chasing me home from church, shouting she loved me, for proof.

No, I always used to get to my Grandma's unscathed, before she caught me.:)

Re: Charlie at Corrie

Besides last night's mention of Accrington, this part of the world has been refered to before in Corrie many times.

Snobbish Annie Walker always said she had married beneath her, when she married Jack, because she was a 'Beaumont of Clitheroe'.

Bet Lynch, Vera Ducworth, and Fred Gee, have all mentioned Oswaldtwistle, mainly in a derogatory way, to describe a simpleton.:D
