Question!!!

I have a bottle of baileys that I purchased last christmas. It's been in my fridge since then.

On the bottle it says ' Drink within 4 month of purchase'. I have opened it and it smell's ok and taste fine!!!


What do you think?? will it be ok or not...................


I love baileys at this time of year!! It's my traditional christmas drink.

Well I have poured myself a glass of it now!!! :) it still looks ok and smell's and tastes great!!

I suppose with this stuff I would know if it was off because of the cream that is in it ?? It would curdle wouldn't it ?

Hate to tell you this but it does go off, it smell completely normal and tastes the same, takes 24 hour to kick in then you will wonder what the hell has hit you, it rots you away from the inside :D

You'll be safe slinks - ive drank baileys that ive had opened for a couple of years and im still here! The only thing is though once you've opened a bottle of baileys its lethal to leave it open you do have to drink a bottle all at once. By the way i do recommend baileys and tia maria - double baileys to a single tia maria - goes down nicely!!! :D

yes if it was off it would curdle
i used to run a little back of the beyond pub and we had a bottle on the shelf for a year and a half before i left and it was still ok (one old lady used to come in and have one every now and again-- from the same bottle)
the only thing i would do is wash the crusty bits off from round the neck
also baileys and amaretto is v.v.nice (irish nut)

I've an open bottle of Bailey's in the dog's cupboard that’s been there for two years, When my partners family come round they get a couple of glasses and their still ******* here so I’m sure you’ll be ok. :)

May I suggest get down to the offie, straight away, and buy 14 more bottles of Baileys. Take one bottle of medicine per day, then hang on in there. Just hope you make it through to the Accyweb Christmas bash, on the 23rd. :D
