Gits!  Thats my picture downloaded from my website where I have an Acceptable use policy that forbids the reselling of my pictures.. Arrrgh...

Thats wierd.. Just looked at the listing again and at the top it now says "The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale"

I pointed out to him that I didnt want people to think I wa smaking money.. A link to my site with a simple line saying picture free from ....then link.. I said that way he would be free to use as many pictures as he wants.

All seemed to end well.. I forgot to lok back and see if he entered the link.. I guess he decided he couldnt be bothererd and stopped selling it instead.. Oh hum :)
