Maybe they are scared that they cant match up to us which is a pity. The more that post on a regular bases the better the debate and the mre threads we could get.

if you took out all teh robots etc that spammed us it probably is tiny.

I'm curious, how many of the 6,000+ "members" do you think have not posted more then 1 - 5 times? ~40% maybe?

If you took the time to wade through the members list, it's surprising how many people have taken the bother to register but then are seen no more, some of them because they where bot's leaving spam but curiously a lot are people that just didn't get as far as introducing themselves.

By the way has anyone heard from vorlon24, he used to contribute on a regular basis but after the tube bombings which I believe he was slightly caught up in, we haven't seen for a long time.

He was an honorary northerner, because of his posts, even though he'd never come Norf' of Landan.:) (I think he lived in kent).

Thats a good point Less about Vorlon24 not heard from him in a long while tho i didnt know he was caught up in the London bombings:eek: hope he's alright.

When I enquired about vorlon, entwisi said he had him on his msn contacts, maybe he's heard from him?

It's curious how some peopled played such an active part here in our little world, then seem to disappear into the ether. I once asked Vorlon in the chatroom, what his connection to the area was. There wasn't any connection. He simply found it one day, and stayed because it was a lively forum.

Another quite vocal missing member was Gobsmacked. We had some real old ding-dong debates, but made a happy truce in the end, by agreeing to disagree on most things.

I too hope that the once regular posters, chose for whatever reason, not to visit us, and that there isn't a sadder reason, because all those people helped make this the great place that it is.
