:D, you have a signed contract that allows Magpie the right to publish ad infinitum?

You never know, someone else may take the images off Magpies site and start selling them etc. it should be made clear on teh site that they are not for re-use anywhere without express permission of yourself. I'm sure Kipax will know teh exact rights etc.

if people are going to take them , at the end of the day what can you do:

also mick will get the full credit for taking the pics and so on: all the copy right stuff is driving me crazzzzzzzzzy:

You can get software that puts an invisible watermark inside the image file. If anyone uses it you can tell by opening the file and it reads the watermark.

Don't you think you are being a little too serious? If Mick is happy for Magpie to use his piccy's then why should you worry about where they end up?

You could do a barely visible one too which doesn't spoil the image but is just faintly there but if Mick doesn't mind if they don't have then it's up to him. Have any of us ever worried about copyright of our photos on AccyWeb? They are just as accessible to the world at large but I don't think many have ever given it a second thought.

I dont mind who uses the photos when we had the gallery anyone could use them .
so Magpie can use the photos as she see's fit
i am just glad someone found them good enough to use on another site
