ALice 100 years young.

Alice Horne will tonight be celebrating her 100th.birthday with fellow DASH members at the New Era Centre.
Alice came to Oswaldtwistle from Scotland 50 years ago and,apart from charity work, has been actively involved in DASH – the Disabled Association for Sport in Hyndburn – for more than 36 years.

Just attended the party,Alice had a lovely time.Wish I was as bright at half the age(give or take a year or so.)
Hopefully I will have a photo to follow.

Quite a lot from Work went to her party and said that they'd had a good time. She doesn't look 100, wouldn't mind having a pint of what she has to look that good.

OOoh I missed this, but belated Happy Birthday to Alice. :) She must have seen some amazing changes in her lifetime. She looks great for 100 - don't know if I'll ever make it that far but if I do I hope I look as good.
