Re: disapearing birthday balloon

But you can see it with Firefox?

Re: disapearing birthday balloon

Nope, with Firefox I don't even get the box that tells me he tried to post a pic.

Re: disapearing birthday balloon

Sorry willow crossed wires. I thought you could see the red cross box with Firefox

I'm still confused, is it Grannys double signature or the red box she's worried about

Re: disapearing birthday balloon

I think it's the box. She's got it connected to that 'Happy Birthday to you' so it's probably a pic of a birthday balloon or something.

Re: disapearing birthday balloon

Well in that case the link you provided with the log in session will be the answer. If previous ones have worked it's just this one thats a problem it may be spaceing ....... does that make sense

Re: disapearing birthday balloon

Ah - so I was right the second time.

It won't work. You'll see it while you have your yahoo mail open but after that it will go. No-one else will see it.

You need to save it to your PC an upload it to AccyWeb

Re: disapearing birthday balloon

What previous ones have worked? I've seen ones linked from BurnleyWeb that work but not Yahoo Mail ones.

I was just trying guess work. If one from yahoo had worked before it might have been spaceing as there seemed no gap between GIF and wording

Re: disapearing birthday balloon

at the top of my computer it says file..when you press file it says open, when you press open ,it says my documents,, in there i have lots of little picture things including a few birthday gifs,,it will let me copy these but it wont let me paste,, so i sent them to my e mail address,,,that let me send them to accy web,perfect.., but then they are gone when i look again

It makes sense Granny but way to technical for me. I'll bow out and let Willow explain :)

Ah, well I thought maybe one had done and couldn't work that out.

It makes sense in that I understand what you're doing - but that won't work.

You need to upload them to AccyWeb, or alternatively to something like photobucket, which is very user friendly, and then paste the URL within image tags on here. You do that by clicking on that thing that looks like pyramids with a yellow sky and pasting the URL (I'm sure you already know that though because of the BurnleyWeb images you've posted.) Or alternatively you can type [image] at the beginning and [/image] at the end of the URL.

my brain will only do simple things,,,,lol:)

WillowTheWhisp 04-03-2007 00:37

Re: disapearing birthday balloon

The reason you saw them was because they were 'known' to your own PC but when you came out of your emails all you were left with was the expired session reference.

Re: disapearing birthday balloon

Trust me granny - it's simple. Honestly it is.
