Next time you get it open unscrew it at the hinges that should solve any future problems with it sticking shut :D

perhaps your new job should be joinery

Could you not have a different type of handle catch which won't stick? You could suggest it to Twin Valley and say it will save them time and hassle in the long run.

i managed to get i topen yesterday, had to prise it open with a couple knives though, didnt do too much damage, not going to be closing it for a while though
