Here's an old thread about it panther there are a few explanations about how to do a marquee, we had quite a fad going for them once.:D

Are you sure you didn't miss-spell 'marquee'?
You didn't c&p from my post did you because if you did that definitely wouldn't work because I'd bunged a bit of coding in there so that you could actually see the tags - if I hadn't done that the instruction in the tags would simply have been followed without you being able to see what the instruction was. :D

Mmmm, I've been wondering where he's been this week too! Still hasn't answered some of my questions.

Last time he came on site was on the 10th, last actual post was on the 8th.
