Re: Missing Thread

To be fair though I think that one thread may have been deleted because a member was trolling! So maybe we don't always find out the outcome but there ARE things done.

I know that the moderators do have a very difficult job. One that I would not like.

Please dont get another thread removed. Yes moderators do have a difficult job but only if forum members make it difficult by being idiots.

If I call someone a name I bet they will get round to listening to everyone elses reports lol.

The moderators are not online 24/7.

Right to get this thread back on topic ie the question that Jambutty asked i have had to delete 95 of the 119 posts .
now can we please stay on topic and stop the slanging matches thankyou

Jambutty the thread was only soft deleted so we could sort it out its going to take a while as len has offered to do it when he has time.
so it will be back if and when he can sort it out.

Does that mean that the thread is back?

Much obliged Mick.

As a mod on the GoldenTalk forum I KNOW how difficult Len’s task is likely to be if the thread is to make sense post by post. I’ve done a few on GT and it wasn't quite as straight forward as some people might imagine.

Good luck to you Len.

I can second that. I have my own forum so I know the problems too.

OMG!

If that doesn't reel them in then it's time to give up :)

Well I’ve done what I can with that thread and it’s not perfect. :o The thread is almost a third of its original size having removed most of the off topic and unnecessary posts. If I’ve missed something then quietly use the report button and make your suggestion.

Thanks Len. I don't know how you managed it but it looks good and makes perfect sense to read.

"For devotion above and beyond the call of duty. Sorry no VC just Karma – jambutty."

I’ve just tried to give you some Karma with that message but the system doesn’t seem to work.

The Add to Karma box comes up but when I click on the Add to Karma button, nothing happens.
