I don't believe I keep missing all these local houses. Whereabouts was the Ossy one? Sounds like a bargain. Was it in a really bad state?

Some of the houses sold at auction are in a terrible state - mere shell with absolutely nothing. Some aren't as bad as that but go for bargain prices because nobody else wants them. Some I wouldn't want to tackle, others I wouldn't mind.
